FACILITY USE REQUEST

As part of our effort to serve our community, St. John’s United Church offers facility space for approved events and gatherings. Please submit the request form below, and someone from our team will follow up with next steps, availability, and rental details. We typically respond in a few business days.

Please give us an idea of what your event is, how much time you will need the space for, and how many people you are expecting.
Available spaces may include the Sanctuary, Social Hall, Parlor, Kitchen, and meeting rooms (depending on availability).
Rental fees for use of the facility will depend on the following factors: * The date of your event and the amount of time needed. * The space(s) within the facility that will be needed. * Any additional items that may need to be included with your use of the facility (sound equipment, janitorial services, set up/tear down, etc...)
Please note: Because our facility is primarily a space for worship and ministry, all events must align with the values and purpose of the church. Alcohol is not permitted on church property. Rental requests may include fees for set-up/tear-down, sound support, cleaning, and staffing when needed.
